Thielman Kerver Tarot (1502/2005)

An experimental Tarot Cards adopted from Horae Beate Marie Virginis (1502) printed by Thielman Kerver of Paris.
The coloring was done by Oujupah(2005).

I believe the designs of earliest printed tarot cards were borrowings from contemporary Books of Hours, especially the printed ones widely circulating in early 16th century Europe. This is an attempt to recreate "must have been so" images using small metal cut blocks found in Kerver Hour.
